AW London FC Invitation Tournament: 'live' update
Working at home :( who cares about Man U - Arsenal game on at moment. The key games are this afternoon are in the AW London FC Invitation Tournament. Just had texts of Accies drawing first game 0-0 against S. Hinton, but losing the second qualifier 0-3 v AWL 1st. "Qualification" to the 3rd/4th play off game depends on AWL significantly wanting to beat a S.Hinton by a few goals (well 4 I guess). Otherwise it is the 5/6th play-off. Come on you Accies.

Actually this was based on a reply to a text that said "Scores?" and the reply just said "0-0 and 0-3" everything else is just presumed i.e. order of games and the subsequent rules for who goes into which play-offs.
We needed AF London to beat Hinton 3-0 (for a pen shootout!) or more, but the match was drawn 0-0, AF lacked fitness playing 2 games back to back. We ran out of steam for the playoff, with my dead leg forcing me in goal after Dave Rudd had to leave after two MOTM performances... We lost 4-0 and it wasn't much fun BUT the day overall was good and the lads who helped out did well.
