In this system with 4 subs sometimes players have to play for 45 minutes which I am trying to rotate around the team. 

Last week this applied to Luke. I judged that people would rather play for that period of time rather than missing out. This week it applies to Charlie and Barry.

Also based on the last few week's experiences it has been useful to have an extra player to cover injuries and the 4th sub has enabled this to happen.

I have had to ask Montell and Dean to miss out this week just to let you all know.

We will keep up the system that has worked for the last 2 games 3-1-4-1-1.
A lot of the team played two games at the weekend so they were front of the queue for playing tomorrow but I have also taken into account possible fatigue issues re the team selection with Luke and Stuart but will monitor the situation. Please let me know if any of you are feeling tired during the game.

I've re-named the site Effra Academicals and linked it to Effra's email account, unlinking it from mine.  This shouldn't affect you if you have subscribed to the channel but I intend to tidy the site up to make it a proper resource for the club.
